Podcast heaven
I compose for podcasts (among other things), and so am often trying to find sounds that I can fit in with my score and that also match the mood. This is a great collection of sounds, that -- despite my podcast being nominally horror-themed and not sci fi -- I can find all kinds of bits of fun to inject into scenes. Sometimes I'll use a sound as a one-off, others I might incorporate into drones/pads, rhythmic backdrops, or full pieces. One of the most crucial features is that it provides an organized system with well-named files that are suggestive of the soundscape so I don't have to audition every sound to find what I'm looking for. Dark as fuck
I myself like dark atmospheric music and i produce it myself whether it is electronic, industrial or metal. Such post production samoles are an important part of my production to adf that extra layers of tension and atmosphere. Great pack for sci-fi atmosphere work
